Natasha is a passionate consultant with a strong entreprenurial drive. She loves solving complex communications problems and seeing incredible business results. She has led Adcom designs for more than 25 years and successfully built the company into a global consulting business.

Equipped with a masters from USC's Annenburg School of Communication, Greg is a certified communications expert. With extensive experience leading teams in change management and executive consulting, Greg is a one stop shop for all things communications.

Kirsten Hosemann

Kirsten Hosemann

Project Manager and Senior Trainer

Kirsten Hosemann brings over a decade of experience as a Trainer, Writer, and Writing Coach with Adcom Designs. She will serve as the project manager and trainer for BART, leveraging her expertise in business communication. A grammar specialist, Kirsten leads Essential Grammar and Business Writing workshops for organizations such as the Port of Oakland and the County of Alameda, earning praise for her energy, enthusiasm, and deep content knowledge.

Before joining Write It Well, Kirsten worked as a Human Resources Manager in the tech industry and a Supervisor at United Airlines. She also served as Vice President of Curriculum and Personnel at Hillcrest Elementary School, where she oversaw staff hiring and management. Kirsten holds a degree in American Studies from Yale University.
